If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our Services and must immediately uninstall our applications and cease all access. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and O-Insure Apps Ltd.

Important Notice

O-Insure Apps Ltd operates as a technology platform and digital insurance facilitator. We connect users with licensed underwriting partners and insurance carriers.

O-Insure Apps Ltd is not itself a licensed direct insurer unless explicitly stated on a specific policy certificate. Insurance quotes, premiums, coverage terms, and claim payouts are ultimately determined by our licensed insurance underwriters and carrier partners.

Users are responsible for reviewing individual policy wordings, exclusions, deductibles, and terms before confirming any insurance purchase through our applications.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

When utilizing O-Insure Apps Ltd services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading insurance claim data or personal identification details.
Attempting to probe, scan, test, or breach the vulnerability of our security systems or network architecture.
Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or interact with our insurance rating engines.
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding customer support personnel or affiliated insurance partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, O-Insure Apps Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
Any conduct or content of any third-party insurance carrier or partner.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or personal policy data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which O-Insure Apps Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
